AI Enablement Specialist (m/f/d)

Bring AI into every area of our company – as an enabler, coach, and implementer! Strengthen our IT team as an AI Enablement Specialist (m/f/d)! We are looking for a communicative personality who quickly grasps AI topics and brings them into our business units – implementing solutions on-site and empowering colleagues to use AI safely and effectively. Do you inspire people with new technologies and explain complex concepts in an understandable way? Then you are in the right place with us! You will be our central point of contact for AI: together with the business units, you will identify meaningful use cases, set up appropriate tools, train users, and automate processes for the entire organization. Your responsibilities: AI Use Cases & Enablement: You implement AI use cases – from requirements gathering in our central organizational units to setting up suitable AI tools and training users. You train and support colleagues from all areas, e.g., in workshops, training sessions, and office hours, building AI competence within the company. You act as a contact person and multiplier for AI topics and shape internal communication, such as through community formats and best practices. Rollout & Support: You are responsible for the rollout and support of our deployed AI tools, e.g., Claude and Microsoft Copilot. You handle the configuration, permissions, and licenses of the AI platforms in coordination with the IT team. You ensure compliance alongside IT Security and Data Protection.
