Title: Manager, Advancement Department: Advancement Status: Exempt Reports To: Vice President of Advancement Remote with a preference for candidates in the Southeast. Summary The Manager , Advancement is an important member of the National Psoriasis Foundation ’s Advancement team, responsible for building and growing relationships with individual donors and prospects to expand philanthropic support for NPF’s mission. This position manages a portfolio across annual, major, and planned giving, with a strong emphasis on developing meaningful donor relationships, securing philanthropic commitments, and building a robust pipeline for future growth. The Manager combines frontline fundraising with strategic collaboration, working closely with Advancement colleagues, healthcare professionals, volunteers, and teams across NPF to connect donors with the programs, research, and priorities most meaningful to them. In addition, the Manager leads the individual giving strategy for one of NPF’s signature special events, collaborating with portfolio owners to develop coordinated strategies for engaging their donors and prospects. The Manager will leverage the event as a strategic platform to cultivate relationships, engage new and existing donors, and generate philanthropic support.
