As a remote-first business, employing over 170 people across the UK, and they're looking for a detail-oriented and passionate Head of Compliance to join them on their journey. What You'll Be Doing: As an experienced Head of Compliance, you will be the go-to person for all things compliance, ensuring the business meets their regulatory obligations while continuing to innovate. You'll play a crucial role in protecting the business and their customers. Develop, implement, and manage the compliance framework, policies, and procedures, with a focus on the mortgage industry. Technology Driven - Working with the business to design and implement AI tools, enabling the Compliance to operate more accuracy and efficiency. Complaints Management - Investigate and resolve any compliance-related issues or complaints quickly and effectively. Stay ahead of regulatory changes and industry best practices to keep the compliance strategy sharp and effective. Be the expert on a wide range of compliance areas, including compliance monitoring, conduct risk, TCF, SMCR, and FCA reporting. Work with the team of brokers, underwriters, and leadership to provide guidance and training on compliance matters - futur
