About The Role As Senior Manager, Contracts & Legal, you will own the contract lifecycle from intake through execution, ensuring agreements move quickly, predictably, and with appropriate risk management. You will partner cross-functionally to resolve issues, negotiate terms, and keep deals progressing toward signature. This role directly impacts revenue velocity, vendor performance, and risk exposure. You will help the business move faster while protecting the company, and continuously improve contracting processes so they scale with the organization. Must be based in the United States. Other responsibilities include: Manage the end-to-end contract process, from intake through negotiation to final execution Review, draft, and redline a range of agreements, including: NDAs MSAs Service Provider Agreements (SPAs) Solutions Proposals (SPs) and Statements of Work (SOWs) Other commercial contracts as needed Serve as the primary point of contact for counterp
