Requirements (What you need to bring): Senior/Lead Backend + Architecture Ownership (Production shipped) Failure Modes: Retries, Idempotency, Consistency, Race Conditions Queues/Eventing + clean Observability/Logging Serious Testing: Integration + E2E + Regression Deliverables (What must be delivered at the end): Architecture slice + minimal service contract (API/Events) for MVP Matter ID/data model including mapping rules & idempotency keys Workflow layer: Retries/Backoff, Dead-Letter, Replay, Dedup Security/SSO + roles/permissions + secrets concept Audit trail: traceable "who/what/when/why" (Correlation IDs/Tracing) QA gates: E2E/regression for dispatch/deadlines/audit (CI-ready) Connecting the dots Tech (Orientation): Backend (e.g., Python/FastAPI), Postgres, Queue/Eventing (NATS/Rabbit/Kafka), OIDC/SSO, APIs (Box/HubSpot/Graph/Asana), Docker, Observability (OpenTelemetry/Prometheus/ELK) Framework conditions: 100% Remote (CET/Europe ideal), Project-based, start ASAP, workload upon agreement.
