Job Title: Lead, Compliance Quality Assurance Department: Regulatory Compliance Reports to: Head, Compliance Quality Assurance About this role As the Lead, Compliance Quality Assurance, you are the tactical backbone of our quality assessment framework. You will spearhead the day-to-day operations of our QA Assessor team, transforming quality assurance into a catalyst for operational excellence. Through rigorous standard enforcement and precision-based calibration, you will ensure that Moniepoint ’s critical divisions including KYC/Due Diligence, AML, LEA, Transaction Monitoring, and Fraud consistently meet SLAs and regulatory policy standards. Acting as the final line of defense against compliance drift, you are dedicated to maintaining flawless execution, high-velocity accuracy, and total regulatory integrity across all operational touchpoints. Responsibilities Supervise, train, and manage QA Assessors, ensuring consistent grading and execution through regular file calibration exercises.
