The Account Director owns relationships with our most important asset – our clients. As the main point of contact for our clients, the Account Director also coordinates the resources needed to service projects, builds strategic operational plans and balances the expectations of our clients with the execution of our team. Responsibilities: Own the client relationship end to end: strategy, satisfaction, retention, and renewals for a portfolio of top-tier accounts Lead development of each client's marketing plan and drive its execution through our service teams — this role doesn't execute the work directly, it orchestrates the specialists who do Fully own project management in Asana for your accounts: build and maintain the project plans, keep tasks current, and drive timelines in partnership with executional teams.
