Fixed Costs Team Leader (Remote Based)

Job Title: Team Leader (Fixed Costs) Responsible to: Operations Manager Level: Team Leader Job Summary The Team Leader will provide supervision and technical guidance as well as overall leadership to a team of colleagues working in a fixed costs environment. Caseloads are predominantly RTA and range in value from £5k up to £100k. You will provide end to end technical support and coaching on cases, be responsible for the adherence to our robust supervision framework as well as be accountable for delivery of your teams’ objectives and KPIs. The role holder will require a sound technical knowledge of personal injury (RTA) work around fixed cost cases, as well as experience of supporting and developing team members through effective coaching and mentoring. This role is part of the Fixed Costs Leadership Team that helps deliver growth, engagement excellent customer service and performance. Key Accountabilities Be an ambassador for Minster Law .
