About Mindsets Ventures Mindsets Ventures (MV) is the venture studio of Mindsets . It builds and backs early-stage startups through two arms that work together. The Build Arm generates and validates ideas internally, then hires EIRs or co-founders to run them. The Invest Arm puts cash and sweat equity into external startups at pre-seed and seed.
