Junior Attorney (Probate)

Position Description: Support the day-to-day operations of Milestone 's Probate Department by partnering with the Managing Attorney to ensure the efficient administration of probate matters, coordinate with external legal partners, and promote operational excellence across the department. Serve as a key legal resource by overseeing local counsel relationships, supporting team coordination, monitoring case progress, and helping drive the successful execution of departmental priorities. Essential Duties & Key Responsibilities: Partner with the Managing Attorney to support the day-to-day operations and overall effectiveness of the Probate Department.
