Responsibilities: They would handle incoming customer support by phone, and e-mail using our ticket tracking system (salesforce) guiding the client through corrective steps and/or training. Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps. Guiding customers to understand software while diagnosing technical software issues. Implementing new customers on onboarding workflow via appointments (for when they move up levels) Manage new client onboarding groundwork in preparation for initial setup consultation. Manage ticketing & respond to client questions. Coordina
