Your role As a Senior Collections Analyst , you will: Escalation & Complex Resolution: Serve as the primary SME for resolving high-risk payment exceptions, complex cross-entity reconciliations, and intricate unapplied cash discrepancies. Process Transformation & Automation: Partner with Technology and Finance teams to drive automation initiatives, optimize cash-matching rules, and participate in ERP upgrades, testing, and validation. Analytics & Performance Reporting: Develop operational reporting, KPI dashboards, and analytics using large data sets to monitor processing accuracy, team productivity, unapplied cash aging, and volume trends.
