What You'll Do: Response all finance calls in professional manner and guide them accordingly. Prepare and process of daily Customers Transactions Refund Requests in Company Data Portal and Acquirers Portal. Work with various data file, sort out with intermediate level excel skills Update Clients data base. i.e. - Bank account change, contact details update. Assisting AP & AR with day to day data entry support. Response Clients query over the phone and pass to relevant department. Performing daily financial transactions such as verifying, calculating and posting related journals in finance system.
