Role Title: Structured Finance Attorney Role Type: Contractor Location: Remote micro1 is engaging Structured Finance Attorneys to contribute their legal expertise to a customer's dynamic project. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters. Scope of Work Review, analyze, and annotate legal contracts and transaction documents related to structured finance products, such as asset-backed securities, mortgage-backed securities, and collateralized debt obligations. Draft or evaluate sample documents, clauses, and legal frameworks pertinent to structured finance transactions. Provide detailed feedback on hypothetical scenarios or AI-generated content for legal sufficiency, accuracy, and clarity. Identify and explain industry-specific terminology, regulatory requirements, and common legal structures within structured finance. Contribute to the development of training datasets that reflect current legal standards and best practices in structured finance. Collaborate asynchronously with platform coordinators and other subject matter professionals to ensure the project’s legal content meets high standards. Deliver insights on evolving market practices, common pitfalls, and recent regulatory developments in the structured finance sector. Preferred Qualifications Juris Docto
