Job Title: Member of Technical Staff, Infrastructure Job Type: Full-time Location: Remote The Role This is a highly technical, hands-on role for someone who thinks beyond traditional DevOps. You'll own infrastructure reliability, scalability, and observability while pushing toward a future where infrastructure increasingly manages itself through AI agents and intelligent automation. You'll work across cloud infrastructure, deployment systems, monitoring, security, and incident response, building the tools and workflows that allow a small engineering team to move exceptionally fast without compromising reliability. We're looking for someone who has operated complex production systems, understands infrastructure at a deep level, and is already using AI coding agents to fundamentally change how engineering work gets done. What You'll Do Build agentic infrastructure: Design and implement AI-powered workflows for infrastructure provisioning, deployments, monitoring, incident detection, and automated remediation. Own reliability at scale: Architect resilient, secure, and scalable cloud infrastructure that supports rapidly evolving AI products and workloads. Make systems observable: Build comprehensive logging, metrics, distributed tracing, and alerting systems that provide actionable visibility into production health.
