Role Title: Inpatient Care Physician (MD/DO) Role Type: Contractor Location: United States (Remote) micro1 is engaging experienced Inpatient Care Physicians (MD/DO) to contribute specialized medical expertise to a forward-thinking AI project aimed at enhancing clinical documentation and decision support tools. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. Scope of Work Review and assess medical records, including FHIR data and clinical notes, for use in AI training and development. Evaluate clinical information and ensure that all claims and statements are supported by proper documentation. Analyze inpatient documentation such as HPI, PMH, assessments, and care plans, identifying any discrepancies or omissions. Apply consistent standards and follow clear guidelines to ensure accuracy and reliability in clinical data review. Provide detailed, actionable feedback to project teams to improve AI model performance and data quality. Communicate findings and insights clearly through both written reports and verbal discussions with project stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications MD or DO credential, board certified in Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, or Hospital Medicine.
