Role Title: Director of Talent Automations Role Type: Full time Location: Remote micro1 is hiring a Director of Talent Automation to scale talent operations through advanced automation. This is a highly technical, hands-on role for an AI engineer with strong product instincts. You’ll have significant ownership over the product and technical direction while working closely with Talent Operations and Ops Engineering. Scope of Work Design, architect, and implement a Talent Operations (TO) Department Agent for end-to-end expert operations, leveraging workflow automation and process improvement methodologies. Integrate large language models (LLMs) and fullstack solutions to automate core operational processes, enabling scalable growth with minimal manual intervention. Collaborate closely with Operations Engineering specialists to define requirements, map user journeys, and develop robust automation workflows. Identify, evaluate, and implement third-party integrations to optimize automation capabilities and enhance operational efficiency. Continuously refine and improve automated systems based on feedback, performance data, and evolving business needs. Document solutions and provide clear communication to stakeholders through concise written and verbal updates. Champion a high degree of ownership in the delivery and evolution of the TO Dept Agent, focusing on edge cases where human judgment is essential.
