Senior Finance System Analyst, Workday - Remote

OVERVIEW This role serves as a Workday Financial Systems expert, supporting and improving finance-related modules such as accounting, budgeting, expenses, projects, reporting, and integrations. The position works closely with business and technical teams to configure the system, troubleshoot issues, manage updates, implement process improvements, and ensure users can effectively utilize Workday. It also provides training, leads change management efforts, and mentors junior team members while helping shape the future roadmap for financial technology solutions. SCHEDULE: 40-hours per week ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as amember of the Digital & Technology Solutions department partnering with Finance areas to support the configuration and maintenance of Workday Core Financials, Banking & Settlement, Budget, Business Assets, Expenses, FDM, Financial Accounting, Grants, Supplier Accounts,Projects, reporting, analytics, and integrations. Develop and implement best practices for Workday system use, including workflows, dashboards, and reporting capabilities. Gather feedback from users, analyze workflows, and implement enhancements or customizations to meet evolving business needs.
