Payroll Analyst

The chief objective of the Payroll Analyst is to provide exceptional service, expertise, and support to the Payroll & Implementation teams. This role will be directly responsible for identifying & implementing system configuration setup and changes needed to deliver our global payroll services to clients. This position reports to our Global Payroll Manager. Job Responsibilities Maintains fundamental knowledge of Melita's services and clearly articulates all areas of global payroll compliance and HRIS topics relevant to the implementation process and payroll service. Partners with the Melita & HRIS Implementation teams to configure and test the Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Time Off modules for new implementation clients. Performs parallel payroll testing to ensure payroll code calculation & taxation are working as expected per payroll regulations. Customizes payroll workflows in the Salesforce CRM technology for client as needed. Loads client employee data to the payroll technology, completes paycheck history data mapping. Temp
