Job Summary The Manager, HR Technology – Talent Products plays a key role in optimizing and supporting HR technology solutions that enable the talent function. This hands-on leader oversees HR system platforms, data integrity, reporting, and ongoing system maintenance while identifying opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and the overall user experience. Serving as a subject matter expert (SME) for HR technology and processes, the Manager partners with stakeholders to recommend enhancements and drive continuous improvement in Workday. This role also provides day-to-day guidance and coordination for HR System Coordinators, balancing team leadership with direct involvement in Workday system operations and initiatives.
