Annual salary: up to £45,000.00 Data Analyst Location: Remote role but travel across national sites Salary up to £45,000 per annum plus £4,000 company car allowance Contract: Full time – 2-year fixed term contracts, Monday to Friday About the Role: Mears Housing Management is looking for a Data Analyst to help deliver the Property Management Platform (PMP), a transformation programme for the Asylum Accommodation & Support Services Contract (AASC). The Data Analyst will help turn PMP data into clear insight, support better data quality, stronger reporting, benefits tracking and more confident operational decision-making. PMP is being introduced to provide a single, more reliable way to manage property, occupancy and operational information across AASC. It will improve data quality, strengthen reporting and support more consistent ways of working across teams. Key Responsibilities Collect, organise, analyse and interpret programme data. Identify issues, trends, risks and insights to support decision-making. Develop reports, dashboards and KPI information. Support data validation, reconciliation and quality assurance. Recommend improvements to data, processes, controls and reporting. Role Criteria: Experience analysing, validating and reporting on complex, multi-layered operational or project data.
