Employer Engagement & Partnerships Manager

Your Role As Employer Engagement & Partnerships Lead, you will bridge the gap between Malengo high school graduates and the German labor market, with a strong focus on securing vocational training positions (Ausbildungsplätze). Your primary objective is to secure training placements, particularly in the healthcare sector, while simultaneously opening up training pathways in logistics, cleaning, gastronomy, engineering, and business administration. In discussions with relevant employers, you will identify potential internship opportunities and student part-time jobs for our university students. Your work will directly impact the success of Malengo's programs by building employer trust, expanding partnership networks, and representing Malengo within the German vocational training landscape.
