Partner Implementation Enablement Specialist

Malbek is seeking a US-based Partner Implementation Enablement Specialist to support partner-led CLM implementations by coordinating projects, enabling technical resources, and ensuring partner readiness. This role helps partners follow Malbek delivery standards and provides the tools, training, product guidance, and governance needed to implement and support Malbek ’s Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solutions. Job Summary This individual-contributor role works closely with the Partner Enablement Manager and cross-functional teams to improve partner adoption, implementation consistency, technical readiness, and customer delivery outcomes. Key Responsibilities Implementation Governance & Program Execution Plan, track, and coordinate partner-led implementations, technical readiness activities, and enablement milestones. Manage visibility across action items, risks, issues, dependencies, status updates, and escalation follow-through. Maintain standard program artifacts, including trackers, RAID logs, readiness checklists, and playbook compliance tools. Support reporting, steering committee preparation, readiness reviews, and governance discussions.Own the day-to-day partner oversight process, influencing successful delivery outcomes.
