Senior Pega Developer (CSSA)

This is a remote position. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We are actively seeking a Senior Pega Developer with strong hands-on implementation experience to design, develop, and support scalable Pega solutions for our financial services client. This is a delivery-focused role requiring recent experience building enterprise Pega applications, including workflows, case management, integrations, UI development, and production support in complex, Agile-driven environments. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Reporting to our Delivery Operations Manager, you will design, develop, and enhance Pega applications that align with business requirements, architectural standards, and security controls. Working closely with architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders, you will build and support enterprise Pega solutions, troubleshoot production issues, participate in releases, and ensure applications adhere to Pega guardrails and best practices while delivering high-quality, scalable solutions. QUALIFICATIONS: Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) required 7–10+ years of IT experience and 5+ years of hands-on Pega development with a strong emphasis on implementation, enhancement, and production support responsibilities. Strong expertise with Pega Infinity, PRPC 7.x/8.x, Flows, Activities, Data Pages, Case Types, UI development, and production support.
