Standard Job Description The Property Analyst Staff (EO Capital and CAIRO) is a strategic member of the Asset Management Enterprise Performance team. The role centers on ensuring regulatory and internal audit compliance, establishing robust reporting frameworks, managing key performance indicators (KPIs), overseeing tool implementation, and driving training and communication alignment across the Enterprise. The incumbent will work closely with senior leadership, business area teams, and key stakeholders to guarantee that property related processes, metrics, and communications are consistent, auditable, and fully aligned with command level objectives.
