You will be responsible for coordinating technicians, assisting with their needs to complete the job, interacting with the customer and coordinating the support of an on-site team. Job Responsibilities: Assist field service staff with scheduling, coordinating work, tools, and everyday needs for field work. Set-up and organization of equipment and workstations Conduct routine checks and records data from product tests after installation and configuration Provide ongoing communication and customer support to on-site hospital staff. Provide on-the-job training (OTJ) for new hires. Complete other duties at the discretion of management Schedule: Workers will work an assignment-based schedule with 40 hours commitment per week This is primarily a remote home-based role with travel as required by the project.
