We are looking for a commercially focused and results-oriented person, capable of managing bookings and opportunities from multiple channels, providing analysis and vision to drive revenue. With high organizational and communication skills, you will be a key point in the customer experience, internal coordination, and loyalty. - Management of stay bookings across various channels and external platforms. - Management of additional space bookings, contributing to the growth of the new business area. - Contribution to customer type and booking analysis for commercial prospecting. - Maintaining high levels of customer engagement and satisfaction with a focus on loyalty. - Constant communication and coordination with all departments to facilitate bookings.
