Introduction As a Senior Network Operations Analyst, you will join our Global Network Operations team and provide advanced technical and operational leadership for the network services supporting our offices, distribution centers, data centers, showrooms, and retail stores worldwide. You will lead complex incident response, guide other operations team members, and partner with engineering, information security, cloud, retail technology, field services, and external service providers to improve network reliability and operational maturity. About the Job Serve as a senior technical escalation point, leading the investigation and resolution of complex network incidents across our global corporate, retail, distribution center, data center, and cloud environments. Coordinate major incident response across operations, engineering, information security, business teams, and service providers, ensuring clear ownership, timely communication, and effective resolution. Lead operational improvements across monitoring, alerting, problem management, documentation, lifecycle management, compliance, and change readiness to strengthen network reliability and servic
