Job Summary The Program Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing integrated program schedules, plans, and budgets in support of contractual requirements. This role partners with program leadership, customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to coordinate deliverables, identify schedule risks, and support effective program execution across complex initiatives. Job Responsibilities Develop and maintain program plans, schedules, and budgets to support contractual requirements for large programs or multiple components of complex programs. Establish and manage detailed program plans, including conducting in-depth research to define requirements, milestones, dependencies, and resource needs. Interface with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to coordinate program deliverables, budgets, schedules, and priorities. Create and enhance methods for tracking, analyzing, and reporting program status, progress, and performance metrics. Identify schedule risks, issues, and changes; provide recommendations to management to support timely decision-making and program execution. Support proposal development and other business-development efforts, as needed. May provide work direction or leadership support to lower-level team members. Quali
