The scale of substation work is growing faster than the industry can respond; we are simply running out of people. In this role we will partner substation engineers with AI and automation teams to build substation co-engineering solutions. You will help us pioneer solutions that effectively enable substation engineers to develop project strategies, ensure good engineering practices, and leverage AI to perform work faster. The goal is to create machines that lift the low level burden and allow the resources we have to perform ever more work more efficiently and effectively. *Candidates must be located in the United States and preferred to be in the Central Time Zone. *This position is fully REMOTE but with occasional client and in-office travel may be required.
