This role is responsible for designing, managing, and continuously improving a comprehensive employee engagement strategy across a portfolio of projects. This role blends people leadership, data-driven insights, and program management to enhance workforce experience, performance, and organizational effectiveness. The Lead will manage a team of analysts across a portfolio of contracts and partner with program leadership and the Kentro Human Resources Team to align engagement initiatives with business outcome. Location: Remote - This position can be performed remotely within the United States and will support Eastern Time working hours. Compensation Range: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $130,000–$145,000 annually and reflects Kentro ’s good-faith expectations at the time of posting.
