Data Support Analyst (India)

About the Role Note: We are currently only able to hire candidates residing in India for this fully remote position. Kard is looking for a detail-oriented, service-minded Data Support Analyst to join our Data team. This role will serve as a primary point of contact for ad-hoc data requests from Sales and other internal teams, helping stakeholders access, understand, and troubleshoot the data they need to work effectively. The Data Support Analyst will use SQL, Databricks, Count, spreadsheets, and other internal tools to investigate questions, fulfill requests, resolve basic data issues, and support routine data operations. The ideal candidate is technically capable, responsive, and comfortable translating loosely defined business questions into accurate, useful data outputs. Responsibilities: Fulfill ad-hoc data and reporting requests from Sales and other internal teams using SQL, Databricks, Count, and spreadsheets Work with stakeholders to clarify business questions, define requirements, and deliver clear, accurate answers Investigate data discrepancies, missing records, unexpected reporting results, and other basic data issues
