At the same time, help us reduce operational costs in driver management. Requirements for our meeting: 👀 Residency in Colombia Availability to work in rotating shifts including weekends and holidays. Intermediate Excel knowledge. Experience in equal or similar positions. Ecommerce knowledge. What will be your main tasks in this mission? 🔜 Responsible for providing support and optimal solutions to driver requests in a timely manner. Ensure the delivery service works exceptionally well. Responsible for generating alerts in a timely manner when the situation warrants it. Support compliance with KPIs, goals, and objectives of the area.
