Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related field. Expertise in developing and implementing individualized education programs (IEPs). At least 2 years experience teaching in a school setting (preferred). At least 1 year of online teaching experience (preferred). Responsibilities and Duties Create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique strengths, needs, and goals. Deliver engaging virtual instruction and support, utilizing innovative online tools and resources to cater to diverse learning styles and accessibility needs. Collaborate effectively with parents, caregivers, therapists, and other educators to ensure a holistic and individualized approach to student success. Monitor student progress, track IEP goals, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize learning outcomes. Utilize online assessment too
