Senior Manager

DXC Technology is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the delivery of complex, enterprise IT services for our global clients. This role blends strategic program leadership with hands-on client engagement to drive measurable business value through modernization, cloud, security, data, and application services. You will influence outcomes across multiple cross-functional teams and ensure that programs align with client strategies while advancing DXC’s market leadership in enterprise technology services. This position offers visibility at the executive level, the opportunity to shape large-scale transformations, and a path toward broader leadership within the organization.As a Senior Manager, you will own the end-to-end delivery lifecycle for strategically important programs. You will guide and synchronize efforts across delivery leads, architecture, engineering, operations, solutions, sales, and client success to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes. You will establish governance structures, define program milestones and success metrics, manage risk and issue resolution, and optimize resource allocation and vendor partnerships. You will translate client goals into actionable roadmaps, prioritize competing demands, and drive continuous improvement through repeatable delivery patterns and robust reporting. Your decisions will balance client value, technical feasibility, risk, and DXC capabilities to deliver sustainable outcomes for large enterprise environments.This role
