Monitor multi-source event feeds across official releases, ports and carriers, weather, geo, regulatory updates, and other credible sources, including internal tools. Verify each event: cross-check at least two independent sources, reconcile discrepancies, and record confidence level. Triangulate facts and impact using supplier sites, tier mapping, parts, manufacturing locations, and active customer shipments. Produce short, actionable incident reports with a clear headline, what happened, why it matters, exposure snapshot, recommended actions, confidence rating, and follow-up for next updates. Keep a clean citation trail: store links, timestamps, and brief source notes inside the record; attach screenshots or archived links when needed. Engage with commodity managers for fact checks and go/no-go approval; incorporate their guidance to improve the clarity and usefulness of each alert.
