Job Description: Job Title: Manager, Tagging and Analytics Location: Remote | USA Reports to: Head of Analytics and Insights - SmartDigital Employment Type: Full-time This is a new vacancy About the Role: As the Manager, Tagging and Analytics, you will serve as the guardian of data quality and tagging governance for our retail analytics ecosystem. You will be the central point of contact for all tagging initiatives, working across internal teams and external vendors, to balance strategic vision with meticulous attention to detail and tenacity to ensure proper tagging produces consistent data. This data will inform advanced analytics across programs within the SmartDigital business portfolio. As the Manager, Tagging and Analytics, you will directly influence the quality and reliability of our retail analytics infrastructure. Your work will enable better business decision-making by ensuring that clean, standardized, and verified data flows through all our analytics systems. You will establish yourself as the subject matter expert on tagging governance, empowering business partners and technical teams with clear standards and best practices. By maintaining rigorous data hygiene protocols and managing strategic vendor relationships, you will reduce analytics errors, improve data trust across the organization, and position our retail analytics function as a trusted source of truth with clients and partners.
