We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join a busy recruitment team supporting a fast-growing US healthcare group. Our client runs behavioural health and healthcare facilities across several US states and is expanding quickly, so there’s always someone to find. This is a salaried, in-house role with no commission structure. You won’t be closing deals or negotiating offers. Your job is to find great candidates, screen them quickly, and get the right people in front of the hiring managers. The managers do the final interviews and make the hiring decisions. You’re warm and easy to talk to, but you also know that being likeable isn’t enough. A candidate has to meet the requirements before they move forward.
