Corporate Telephony and Unified Communications Engineer

We are looking for a Corporate Telephony and Unified Communications Engineer with 6 to 9 years of experience to guarantee the operativity, scalability, and optimization of communications platforms, as well as analytical exploitation using Power BI for decision-making. What are we looking for? Microsoft Teams Telephony (Direct Routing, Operator Connect). Genesys Cloud (CCC telephony). SBCs (Audiocodes, Ribbon). VoIP: SIP, RTP. Traffic analysis with Wireshark. Networking and security (Firewall, NAT, troubleshooting). Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query). Power BI Service administration (workspaces, RLS, datasets). Data integration (APIs, databases, Excel). System monitoring. C1 English. Nice to have: Advanced Power BI performance optimization. Data governance best practices.
