As an FCA-regulated platform scaling quickly, we need strong in-house legal expertise to grow responsibly. About the Role We’re looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to own legal at InvestEngine . Your mission is to protect InvestEngine ’s legal interests while enabling responsible commercial growth. You’ll give clear, pragmatic advice across employment, commercial and contract law, regulatory compliance and governance, data privacy, and litigation and dispute resolution , act as a trusted adviser to leadership and the Board, and turn complex issues into actionable recommendations. This is a hands-on role reporting to Marc de Gentile-Williams , working closely with Compliance, Risk and People. This is a fully remote role, open to candidates based in the UK . What You’ll Do Review our material legal exposures, key contracts and employment matters, and agree a prioritised legal plan with clear escalation thresholds Set up a proportionate legal intake and triage process with agreed service levels Draft and negotiate commercial agreements personally; build a contract register, approved templates and negotiation playbooks, including NDAs Advise People and leadership on employment matters, from contrac
