About the Role We’re looking for two Senior Engineering Managers to help build a stronger management layer in engineering and support multiple product teams across InvestEngine . This is a high-impact leadership role focused on engineering management, delivery, team performance, and organizational scaling. You’ll work closely with the CTO, CPO, and multiple Team Leads reporting to you to help teams operate effectively, deliver business impact, and scale sustainably as the company grows. One role will focus more on customer-facing product teams, while the second role will work more closely with infrastructure and operational teams, including Payments, Trading, Pension, and Back Office systems. While this role is less hands-on than a traditional Tech Lead position, a strong engineering background and technical judgment are still important.
