Account Supervisor

Intertrend Communications is a leading multicultural advertising and marketing communications agency that targets the Asian American community. We help brands make meaningful connections, build relationships and win over new fans. We're looking for an Account Supervisor to help lead the business, with a focus on Toyota's Asian campaigns, as well as supporting agency new business initiatives/ This is a mid-level role for someone with solid agency and marketing experience and a startup mentality. The Account Supervisor is a relationship builder, business steward, opportunity creator, and integration driver. They will be leading the team to develop strategic ideas, integrated plans, production and execution. Foster and grow strong internal relationships and agency culture, as well as build strong, strategic relationships with clients. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Serve as the account lead for assigned client initiatives, working alongside cross-functional teams, including Strategy, Creative, Media, Engagement and Social. Partner with cross-functional team members to develop and execute integrated campaigns and programs, taking initiative to move projects forward. Build relationships with Toyota client stakeholders and rapport with agency partners; maintain the highest level of client satisfaction and respect for the agency.
