Purpose of the Job: International SOS has experienced a consistent year-over-year increase in RFP and tender opportunities over the past three years, resulting in significantly higher volumes and increased demands on the Bid Management function. To maintain responsiveness to clients, preserve proposal quality, and capitalize on growth opportunities, International SOS is investing in the expansion of its bid team by recruiting an additional Bid Writer. The primary purpose of this role is to partner with the Bid Management team in the preparation, coordination, and submission of winning proposals, bids, and tenders for clients and prospects across the United States and Canada. The position will be responsible for developing compelling written responses, coordinating cross-functional input, ensuring compliance with client requirements, and supporting the continuous improvement of bid processes and resources.
