Division Leader, Trucking SBU

This is a remote position. The role is also available as an on-site position. International Insurance Group is seeking a disciplined, strategic, and technically sophisticated leader to oversee, align, and elevate our Trucking Division (Strategic Business Unit). Our client base is predominantly comprised of non-fleets. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for the overall leadership, budget and growth of this Division, which consists of approximately 50 staff and $45mill in annualized premium. A core component of this role for the first 24 months is the structured training and development of new Trucking Sales Agents to ensure disciplined, profitable, and technically sound growth. P&L Ownership & Margin Discipline: This role carries full P&L responsibility and will serve as the operational Integrator of the division, ensuring alignment between Sales, Retention, Service, and Underwriting. Operational Alignment: Ensure day-to-day operations comply with industry regulations, optimizing workflows for maximum efficiency. New Sales Agent Training & Development: The Division Leader will serve as the architect and leader of IIG’s Trucking New Sales Agent Training Program. Carrier & Market Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with key clients, insurance carriers, brokers and stakeholders. Requirements 5+ years’ experience in Trucking Insurance.
