As a Delivery Consultant , you'll work directly with customers to deliver exceptional learning experiences that help organisations achieve their strategic objectives, build lasting capability, and realise measurable value from their investment in Insights. Every workshop, coaching conversation and customer interaction is an opportunity to create impact and add value. You'll build trusted relationships with practitioners and senior leaders, strengthen confidence in the Insights portfolio, and help customers turn learning into meaningful action. This is a customer-facing delivery role first and foremost, allowing you to do what you do best: facilitate engaging learning experiences, inspire change, and help customers achieve measurable outcomes. Alongside delivery, you'll contribute to the ongoing evolution of our learning ecosystem by sharing insights, capturing feedback and helping shape future learning experiences. What you'll be doing Creating meaningful impact for customers Deliver engaging, relevant and impactful learning experiences that create real value for customers, facilitating both virtual and face-to-face sessions with confidence, gravitas and agility.
