Job Responsibilities: Client Communication & Onboarding Handle client calls, onboarding sessions, and discussions confidently. Understand client requirements and provide practical solutions. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. CRM & Business Tools Work with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Apollo, Aircall, or similar tools. Support CRM setup, integrations, and workflow improvements. Troubleshoot issues and identify solutions independently. AI Tools & Automation Explore AI tools to improve efficiency and automate workflows. Identify opportunities to implement AI-driven solutions. Stay updated with emerging AI technologies. Research & Problem-Solving Independently research tools, challenges, and solutions. Take ownership of tasks and ensure timely execution. Demonstrate curiosity, adaptability, and a proactive approach. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Confidence in handling client-facing conversations and onboarding sessions. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and r
