About the Role We at Innovaccer are looking for a Senior Program Manager to lead the execution of AI-enabled healthcare technology initiatives for our customers. This role is ideal for candidates who have operated in fast-paced, client-facing consulting environments and are now looking to own outcomes end-to-end inside a product-led organization. The Senior Project Manager will translate complex, ambiguous business and technical problems into structured delivery plans, drive cross-functional execution across product, engineering, and data teams, and ensure AI initiatives move from concept and pilot to production and adoption. This role regularly engages senior customer and internal leadership and reports progress through clearly defined OKRs and KPIs.
