Technical Delivery Manager (Portfolio)

About the role: We're looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to lead a portfolio of software delivery projects for our U.S.-based clients. This is a strategic leadership role combining delivery excellence, people management, client partnership, and commercial ownership. As a Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end success of multiple client engagements—from building high-performing engineering teams to driving delivery, account growth, operational excellence, and long-term client relationships. You'll work closely with executive stakeholders, engineering leaders, and cross-functional teams to ensure exceptional delivery while contributing directly to business growth. Key Responsibilities: Delivery Leadership: Own end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of software development projects. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, budget, and quality expectations. Manage project risks, dependencies, and escalations. Continuously improve delivery processes and execution standards. Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for executive client stakeholders. Build trusted long-term partnerships. Lead strategic conversations around delivery, roadmap, and business priorities. Ensure high client satisfaction and retention. Account Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services. Support business development initiatives within existing accounts.
