N1 Operations Controller

Integrated within the operations team, the Junior Operations Controller participates in the daily monitoring and management of IT processing, ensuring the proper functioning of information systems in compliance with procedures and service commitments. Main Missions: Monitor and control batch processing, backups, file transfers, and application workflows. Detect production incidents and track them according to established procedures. Alert the concerned teams in case of malfunctions or anomalies. Guarantee the availability of production environments according to expected service levels. Participate in the automation of recurring tasks (job scheduling, scripts, supervision). Draft activity reports and update technical documentation. Closely collaborate with operations, infrastructure, and application support teams. Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux/Unix). Mastery of scheduling tools (e.g., Control-M, Dollar Universe, TWS...). Basics in scripting (Shell, PowerShell...). Sensitivity to production environments and monitoring (Nagios, Centreon, etc.).
