Workday Consultant (M/F)

As a Workday Consultant, you will work on the management and implementation of international HRIS projects. You will play a central role in coordinating the teams involved and ensuring the success of Workday integrations, guaranteeing the quality of deliverables, compliance with deadlines, and adherence to functional requirements. You will also contribute to the continuous improvement of the Workday ecosystem by providing your technical expertise and your ability to anticipate business user needs. Your main missions: Manage Workday integration projects: analysis, design, testing, deployment, risk monitoring, and scheduling. Coordinate the various teams involved: global/local HRIS, IT, HR, service providers, support, etc. Ensure regular and relevant reporting on project progress. Propose improvements to existing integrations. Configure the tool: mappings, integration steps in business processes, calculated fields, custom reports, etc. Keep project documentation up to date. Handle connectivity tickets and integration incidents. Track tickets in Jira and contribute to improving performance indicators. Participate in upskilling internal teams on Workday. Monitor solution updates (releases, new functional features). Contribute to calls for tenders, pre-studies, and projects around back-office tools. Ensure compliance with rules.
